ie9已经显示更新成功，为神马开启浏览器还是IE8呢？？

不重启的话，可能只是图标变了，IE 内核暂时不能改变。只有在重启的过程中，IE9 的内核才能完全替换 IE8 的内核，这样你才能完全看到 IE9 的内核与界面。

重启了呀， 点重启 到更新蓝色页面 显示更新到30% 重启，然后显示继续更新新 但结束的时候，直接显示 updata 失败，正在恢复设置。。。。

你应该有一个本地安装包，安装前先断开网络连接，然后执行安装。
P.S. 记得确保你之前的 IE9 已被完全卸载，这个可在“已安装的更新”中查看，只要没有 IE9 相关的内容就行。

我看了，已安装更新里木有ie9
断网重新安装，重启还是在win7欢迎页面 那里提示updata失败，正在还原更改。。。{:5_265:}

没准你需要下载个专业软件查查具体原因。
不过，为了装 IE9 重装 W7，我觉得划不来。

系统更新是开着的~~
以前都好用。。。就是昨天更重装了下w7 然后就装不上ie9了
真心杯具。。。{:5_275:}

IE9 有两种方式安装的，一种是离线安装包，也就是我刚才说的；另一种就是你打开 Windows Update，会提示你更新到 IE9 的。你试试 WU 吧～

楼主把系统服务中关于自动更新的服务都开启了，在window updata这个服务看看依存关系，把相关的服务开启，一般就不会在开机的时候提示更新失败了

你安装的系统是原版吗？

方法如下，有的不建议采纳：
1，楼主重装win7（下载好一些的版本）
2，禁用update更新，然后下载ie安装包，断网离线安装（没试过）
3，换个浏览器，谷歌火狐什么的都不错，特殊情况用ie8就行了（建议）
4，另寻高手
