win8+linux mint about grub

the problem is that,my computer is first on a win 8 system.And I want to install a linux mint on my disc.I shrink the volume under the wondows and get 70GB.But when I install the linux mint ,it finally says that
"the grub-efi package failed to install into /target/. Without the GRUB boot loader,the installed system will not boot."


and some more, I was installing linux mint into my Flash-disc(U pan), and then ,I choose to install linux mint into my sata disc

Are you sure about your machine's being one with UEFI & a GPT-partitioned drive?

之前在U盘 的mint里面，没有中文输入。那个界面就是已经分区完了进入安装的时候，在
Welcome to linux mint界面的时候。
然后我分区是
/boot    100M；
/    20G;
swap 2G;
/home 50G;
然后其他的我也不怎么懂~~

你可以使用opensuse的efi文件。
最主要你要留个 分区给/boot/efi , 大概 180mb左右。
mint的源跟 ubuntu一样，看下找下最新源码，你自己编译。
