求助啊，联想G480 HD3000显卡驱动不起来

我的联想G480安装EI，就是显卡实在驱动不起来，整了好久，绝非伸手党，实在弄不会了，别人的G480都是HD4000，我的确实HD3000，真蛋疼，求大神帮忙给看看，这是我的配置
