重新安装PhotoshopCC 19.1.6

1、官网下载AdobePhotoshopCC离线安装包，断网安装：

差评，首先：
1、断网不能安装，提示“The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged.”，
得先联网setup.exe，等安装程序启动后再断网可以安装或者取消后再断网也可以，不知道联网启动setup.exe时adobe在后面搞什么小动作，等搞好小动作取消安装断网再要setup.exe就可以。

2、安装后关于里查看photoshop版本号是原始的19.0，标题严重误导。

为何标题误导，最终是不是19.1.6
