技嘉b360m power 如何达到满速usb3.1

技嘉b360m power主板怎么定制都不能达到5g，请问该怎么弄啊，硬件参数如下
Chipset:
6 x USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports (4 ports on the back panel, 2 ports available through the internal USB header)
6 x USB 2.0/1.1 ports (2 ports on the back panel, 4 ports available through the internal USB headers)

我是免驱动的rx560，除此之外，这个文件应该能正常引导
