尝试把opencore升级到最新（现在是0.8.8）没有效果
定制usb了，也没有效果
重装windows，重装mac，也没有效果
这是我的配置：
主板： 华硕 Z390-A PRIME
cpu： i9-9900k
显卡： 蓝宝石 5700xt
硬盘： 西部数据 1T黑盘
蓝牙： 奋威T919(以为是蓝牙问题，我现在把蓝牙拔掉了也没用)

在mac系统自动重启几次就好了,就很稳定,能睡眠能唤醒基本很完美,除非再进win系统重启

1、输出图像（显示器接在主板上）
2、作为iGPU（显示器接在独立显卡上）
具体的参数如下：
比如我的是i7 7700，Kaby Lake；AAPL,ig-platform-id如下
1：00001259
2：03001259
楼主是i9-9900k，
AAPL,ig-platform-id        Comment
07009B3E        Used when the Desktop iGPU is used to drive a display
00009B3E        Alternative to 07009B3E if it doesn't work
0300C89B        Used when the Desktop iGPU is only used for computing tasks and doesn't drive a display
