我的DELL Latitude 3420能装MacOS吗？

我想给我的DEll安装黑苹果，不知道是否可以，我的电脑配置如下，请大神们帮我分析分析：

电脑型号 DELL Latitude 3420 处理器 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz   1.38 GHz内存 RAM 8.00 GB (7.74 GB 可用)显卡 英特尔锐炬Xe 显卡Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics(intel集显)网卡：WiFiQualcomm QCA61x4A 802.11ac Wireless Adapter      以太Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller硬盘：NVMe BC711 NVMe SK hynix 512GB扬声器： (Realtek(R) Audio)
