查看从开机以来的睡眠/唤醒次数：

pmset -g stats

输出的结果：
字段 注释
Sleep Count 睡眠次数
Dark Wake Count 后台唤醒次数（不亮屏）
User Wake Count 亮屏唤醒次数（通常是用户手动唤醒）
查看详细后台唤醒记录：

pmset -g log | grep -e "Wake from" -e "DarkWake" -e "due to" RTC0唤醒，多半是没有关闭电源小息，可以检查一下 启用

__ZN8AppleRTC18setupDateTimeAlarmEPK11RTCDateTim 我也总是出现 RTC0 的唤醒，把那个小憩关掉就好了，不过影响不大，本来就是定期唤醒更新内容的，比如睡着后更新 app 啊获取邮件啊之类的，无所谓了。。。醒了会自动睡眠的 一样 隔一段时间唤醒 然后又自动睡眠了 最后问题解决了吗？ 同样问题学习一下 你是笨鱼 发表于 2023-9-24 13:57 https://bbs.pcbeta.com/static/image/common/back.gif
