自编的IE9超级拖拽插件

自编的IE9超级拖拽插件，好像还能用。
不会写前端界面，不过拖拽好像就这么几个功能没啥可设的。

用的是C#学习版，因此只能发布DLL。
解压到任意目录，在管理员权限下打开命令行，切换到那个目录，执行install或者uninstall。
其实只是把注册命令写在cmd文档里面，可以打开看。
估计需要.net 4，应该是支持win7，vista不知道行不行。

1. How to install and uninstall:

To install, you have to decompress the ZIP file into any directory, then open "Command Window" as Administrator, and switch to this directory, run "install".
Similarly, to uninstall, just do the same but run "uninstall".

If you want to use it in 64 bit IE, please run "install 64" and "uninstall 64".

Hope you can like it.

这个只是鼠标手势吧。而且还不能随便定义。

因为一些解决不了的问题，更新暂时搁置
主要是：直接在新选项卡打开链接BHO失效；难以判断刷新事件等。
IE或者.net补丁出来之前估计是解决不了的。
